Meet the Host: Jen Ahana

Jen Ahana is the host and creator of the adventure travel series Explore This, where she uncovers hidden destinations, smarter itineraries, and unforgettable hikes around the world. An award-winning editor recognized by Adobe, Jen blends exploration with insight—helping viewers discover not only where to go and what to do, but how travel can transform the way we see ourselves.

After years in private practice, Jen left it behind to pursue adventure and storytelling. Since then she has explored five continents five continents, exploring destinations such as Peru, Australia, Iceland, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States.

Jen is also a travel host, producer, and author of the books Beyond the Ring Road, The 90 Day Life, Expedition You, and Dolomites: Ultimate 5-Day Itinerary.
